It's that time of year again where my third party email company has decided using their bots that my reminder emails are spam and shut me down again. Text reminders are still working, which is what most people seem to respond to most anyways but until I can go through the same ol' song and dance with them, emails aren't happening. :( |

Man, time is flying this year. We're only two series away from the postseason start. It seems like so short ago that I was on top of the division. Then like my Tigers I had an epic losing streak. At least they had enough of a buffer to stay in the playoff race. For those of you in the playoffs this year, a reminder that we are not having a wildcard round this year. Since we have less teams than last year it's just the top 8 starting in Round 1 and all rounds are 5 game rounds starting with Series 39. Good luck to all of you. |

Have we reached the dog days of summer already? Let's get to the All-Star game and make that big push. Our two divisions are super close, lots of parity this season. Yanks, Cubbies, and Tigers lead MLB in run differential? Are they the top 3 teams? Los Dodgers may fatten their RD with the White Sox visiting. I will be there cheering the boys in blue. Anyone else going to lots of live games this year? |

Yeah, I actually haven't checked this board for a while it was so dead. I only missed these messages by half a month. :) Unfortunately after 11 seasons Bay City Bombers left the group along with his grandson so I don't think we have any Giants fans left. I have been very nervously excited about the Tigers this year. I can't believe they've been able to sustain how they finished off the year last year. I'm afraid I'm jinxing it now even acknowledging it. It's weird. I'm not a superstitious person in any way, except when it comes to sports for some reason. I'm also sad about the Orioles. I like them simply because when they have a good year it means the Yankees and Red Sox aren't, so I low key root for them a lot as if I don't get to see the Tigers win, second best is always watching the evil empire fail. :). Unfortunately they are not, at the moment, though. |

No explanation for these Orioles. Extremely disappointing so far. I’m about done with Elias and Hyde. Wasting prime years for some of our young stars. But to my benefit, I’ve doing pretty good in the BWL by picking against them. |

Not a chatty group this year. Even when Los Gigantes are surprisingly competitive. Coconuts, what the heck is going on with your O's? Nate, you are on it this year, along with El Tigres! May the best man/woman win the Ohtani division. |

Nate, it will be smooth sailing from here on for Detroit. Your Tigers lead their division at 5-4. The NL West has 3 of the 4 hottest teams. Dodgers pitchers are walking too many batters at this early stage of the season. Gotta fix that! |

All they need now is the Yankees bowling pin bats and they'll be unstoppable. :) |

One of the things I love about Series 2, aside from the fact that 3/8 of the games came down to the Boston/Baltimore rubber match today, is that one of those 3 was a Red Sox fan and an Orioles fan, both needing the other team to win to win their game here. I'm not sure who to congratulate on that one. The other is realizing I'm glad the Tigers got their series with the Dodgers out of the way in Series 1 so they don't have to play them again this year. The Dodgers look pretty solid so far. |

I have "Move the logged in user's game to the top" on my list for the rewrite next year, but it's an easy change here so that's done. As far as listing your team first, I currently set it up so that it does it for you since you requested it, but before I turn on that feature for everyone I'm curious if that's something everyone wants. I know that it's common for like fantasy football sites to always list your team first, but I'm emulating more of a score page (like ESPN) where there's a clear away and home team even if your favorite team is the first box score. I mean, it doesn't make a difference who's the home team really, but it's an aesthetic choice. I'll leave that one out there if anyone else has any opinion on that they want to share. If people want that change I can easily apply it to everyone. |

I have a small feature request. Can the box score page load with the user's matchup at the top, and with the user's picks at the top of the two in the matchup? It's not a big issue, but makes it a bit easier to easily see the most important information there. |

Woot woot... let's run it back one more time! Excuse the hoops lingo 'cause it's March Madness. Lots of action in the MLB offseason. Who will be the surprise baseball team? Who will shock the world in BWL? Play ball !!! |
